We create your individual vision board with the help of images, photos and other creative tools. With exercises and meditations, your desires and visions come to the surface.

You can immerse yourself intensively in the creative process and give your soul peace and contentment. With no pressure, you can take your personal vision board home at the end of the day and your dreams and desires can begin to manifest. 

How does a vision board work?

Some of the world's most influential thought leaders - Deepak Chopra and Oprah, to name a few - agree: It's entirely possible to turn your dreams into reality. This is called manifestation. 

In order to be successful with manifestation, it is important to formulate and visualize one's intentions and connect to the energy of intention - a vision board is a great tool for this type of manifestation.

But what exactly is a vision board? Put simply, it is a visual representation of your desires and dreams. This collage contains all kinds of pictures and texts that represent your wishes and dreams and awaken your feeling of lightness, fullness, calm, contentment, etc. 

There really are no rules for vision boards, it's about designing something that inspires you to feel your dreams and desires on a daily basis and surround yourself with the energy. 

What do you get in my workshop?

We create a traditional vision board, combine this   with elements from the creative corner of "mixed media" (texts, colors, drawings, prints, etc.) you can manifest your desires and let off steam creatively at the same time .

Bring along : painting apron, lunch, yoga mat or meditation cushion (if available), booklets/magazines (if available) and one or more photos of you that you really like.
