Welcome to my evening course for meditation and creative relaxation exercises! In the 2.5 hours, which take place once a month on Monday evenings, I invite you to experience a beneficial journey of slowing down and relaxation.

We begin with a guided meditation to leave everyday stress behind and focus on the present moment. Through breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises, you can calm your mind and develop inner peace.

Afterwards, we will engage in creative exercises that foster your artistic expression and promote further relaxation. Painting, drawing, gluing, stamping, or other creative activities will be the focus. These exercises not only serve to relax you but also to stimulate your imagination and express your inner feelings.

This course takes place once a month. Regular attendance will allow you to fully reap the benefits of meditation and creative relaxation, and to develop a sense of inner peace and serenity in the long term.

Whether you already have experience with meditation or are completely new to it, this course is suitable for anyone longing for a moment of slowing down and creative expression. You will have the opportunity to learn new techniques in a supportive and mindful environment and exchange ideas with like-minded people.
